PLC Programmer (m/f/d)

For machinery and industrial plant projects, we are looking for a PLC programmer with a structured working style, technical understanding and a focus on stable automation solutions.

Your tasks

  • Programming and modification of PLC systems, especially Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7.
  • Commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization of machines and industrial plants.
  • Implementation of HMI and visualization topics with WinCC or comparable systems.
  • Documentation of changes and technical coordination with customers, engineering and service teams.
  • Support for retrofit projects, extensions and reliable handover into operation.
  • Delivery of practical customer training, for example on PLC, TIA Portal, HMI or machine operation.

Your profile

  • Experience in PLC programming and industrial automation technology.
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the following systems: Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / FactoryTalk or B&R Automation Studio.
  • Understanding of machine processes, sensors, drive technology, safety or fieldbus systems.
  • Structured, solution-oriented work style and willingness to travel for domestic and international assignments over 50 %.
  • Class B driving licence.
  • Ability and interest in explaining technical topics clearly; with the right aptitude, occasional assignments as a trainer.
  • German language skills for technical coordination, documentation and customer training are helpful.
